Darold DuMond
Service Manager
Darold leads CGCS’s service division, overseeing commercial repair work, project assessments, and service execution across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding Triad area. With nearly 20 years of experience running his own company, American Concrete Cutting, he brings deep technical expertise and real-world problem solving to every job. His leadership ensures responsive service, accurate proposals, and dependable project outcomes. Outside of work, Darold is active in the local community and performs with his band, Rocking Soul Revival.
Ashleigh Brill
Operations & Project Coordination
Ashleigh supports daily operations and project coordination across CGCS's commercial construction projects throughout the Triad region. She helps manage timelines, documentation, and communication between clients and field teams, ensuring each project, from tenant improvements to service work, moves forward efficiently and with clear direction.
Cameron Sinclar
Project Management
Cameron contributes to the successful execution of commercial construction projects by supporting job site coordination and workflow management. With experience across renovations, build-outs, and general contracting environments, he helps maintain quality standards while ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

Field Operations
Tony plays a key role in field operations, supporting the day-to-day execution of commercial construction and repair work. His hands-on approach helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with CGCS quality standards across job sites in North Carolina.
