Welcome to Commercial General Construction Services. Our team brings together experienced professionals in project management, field operations, estimating, design coordination, safety, and client services to deliver commercial construction projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. We prioritize clear communication, practical solutions, and measurable results for owners, developers, architects, and general contractors.
Leadership
Chief Executive Officer — Leads company strategy, client relationships, and business development. Focused on aligning project delivery with client goals and long-term asset performance.
Director of Operations — Oversees day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to ensure efficient, safe construction processes across projects.
Director of Preconstruction — Manages estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and bid strategy to deliver realistic budgets and optimized scopes.
Director of Safety & Quality — Develops and enforces site safety programs and quality management systems to maintain compliance and reduce risk.
Director of Project Management — Coordinates project teams from mobilization through closeout, handling budgets, client communication, and change management.
Project Teams
Each project team is built to match project size and complexity. Typical roles include:
Senior Project Manager — Single point of contact for clients; responsible for overall project delivery, schedule management, and budget control.
Project Manager — Manages daily project execution, subcontractors, and progress reporting.
Superintendent — Directs on-site work, coordinates crews and inspections, and enforces safety and quality standards.
Assistant Superintendent — Supports site logistics, material coordination, and field documentation.
Estimator — Produces detailed cost models, bid packages, and tracks cost-to-complete.
Project Engineer — Handles drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical coordination.
Field Foremen and Skilled Trades Support — Experienced trade leaders who ensure workmanship meets specifications.
Support and Specialty Services
Procurement & Supply Chain — Strategic sourcing, purchasing, and logistics to keep the schedule moving and control costs.
Design Coordination — Integrates architect and engineer information into the construction process to minimize rework and resolve conflicts early.
BIM/CAD Specialists — Provide 3D coordination, clash detection, and as-built deliverables.
Sustainability & Commissioning — Implement energy-conscious practices, commissioning plans, and performance verification.
Client Services & Contracts — Manage contract administration, invoicing, and closeout documentation.
Safety and Training
